JU JU - A MESSAGE FROM MOZAMBIQUE, Strata-East SES-19735.
On this 1972 recording, the musicians are Plunky Nkabinde (tenor & soprano saxes, shekere), Lon Moshe (vibraphone, flute, piccolo), Al-Hammel Rasul (piano, shekere), Ken Shabala (bass, electric bass, wood flute), Jalango Ngoma (timbales, shekere), Babatunde (congas, drums), Group (vocals, percussion).
The tunes are (Struggle) Home, Soledad Brothers, Freedom Fighter, Make Your Own Revolution Now, Father Is Back, Nairobi/Chants.
Condition of record is E-, no scuffs, no scratches, no spindle marks. Jacket shows some overall wear, 2 inch seam split bottom center.
