This album was released to very little reception selling "only a few thousand copies".
The original "bottle cap" album cover art was initially intended by designer John Pasche for use with an unspecified Rolling Stones album. The band had filed a lawsuit with the Coca-Cola company.
The album was reissued in 1987 with a different cover.
The re-issue cover art,(I'VE INCLUDED A PICTURE) by artist Melvyn Grant was the cover for the novel The Steel Tsar. It was also used for the US cover of Ballistix, Turbo Grafx 16 and Commodore Amiga

Be that as it may . . . all the stuff I sell here on ebay is my own. The promo album itself is 43 years old. I bought it brand new 40 years ago
I became a full on Priest fan from "Stained class". I was in a record store sometime in 78' and saw this priest album I had never seen before
I had known of 'Sad wings of destiny" and "Sin after sin"
But Rocka Rolla....never.
It was brand new. I felt like I found gold...
And I did, because this album is so underrated
If I wasn't a priest fan I probably would have bought this anyway just because of the cover art.

VERY GOOD+ Records will have slight sleeve marks, corner dings, and or a crease, a very few light scratches, may have minimal surface noise between tracks.
,This has play tested great! Has a surface scuff on side B but does not affect the play

CONDITION: The cover: is solid and colorful, the front the back cover is clean overall very careful handling over the past 43 years ...no split seams, no bends, no writing, no delete marks... sharp collection keeper! 

The vinyl : shiny both sides, both VISA labels present, TOP COPY = visually clear, audio expected to play CLEAN & enjoyable through both sides, without issue.
All imperfections are noted both cover & record
