Description
This is the original 1982 UK pressing, which came with an illustrated inner sleeve as well as the limited edition full colour very large poster, which neatly folds down to approx 305 by 305mm.
The record has been owned from new in a pet and smoke free home. It still plays very well, there are some 'crackles and pops' which can sometimes be heard between tracks or on quiet bits, although being a Priest album, there are hardly any quiet bits....No jumps or scratches.
The Poster is in superb condition. It has never been displayed and has remained folded within the sleeve.
The outer sleeve is in excellent condition.
The inner sleeve features the lyrics on one side and a band picture on the other. On the lyric side, the seam is very slightly coming away on both top right and top left corners - this can clearly be seen on the above photo. Note that are a very small number of tiny brown marks - which can just be seen by the naked eye. There is one by the word 'chorus' at the end of the 'Take These Chains' song and some other tiny marks right along the top leading edge - they may just be visible if you zoom in on the picture.
The Discogs web resource site confirms the following -
Matrix / Runout (Runout A, etched (Variant 3)): CBS.8594I A2 UTOPIA (U as lyre symbol) Matrix / Runout (Runout B, etched (Variant 2)): CBS.8594I B3
Due to the rarity, the record will be posted in a stiffened cardboard mailer. It will be posted using Royal Mail 1st class signed for or Track 24 signed for service, for speed and security.
