Description

PLEASE NOTE: I WILL ONLY GRADE AN OPENED LP NEAR MINT (NM) IF I CAN GUARANTEE IT HAS NEVER BEEN PLAYED (i.e. I AM THE ORIGINAL OWNER).  OTHERWISE, NEAR MINT MINUS (NM-) IS THE ABSOLUTE HIGHEST GRADE I WILL ASSIGN AN OPENED LP.

3 LP lot including a first private pressing of The Judy Roberts Band on the Madonna label!
1) Judy Roberts Band - Rare copy of her debut from 1979 on the tiny Madonna label who released a grand total of one LP (this one) and a 45 and that was that.  The Inner City label picked up on this one quickly and gave it a wider release the same year.  That pressing is far more common than this rare first private pressing.  LP side 1 is VG+ and side 2 is VG++.  Cover is VG+/VG++ with a tiny seam on the bottom.  A killer funky underground fusion classic that's worth the price alone.
2) The Other World - The follow up to her debut released on Inner City in 1980.  LP is a gorgeous VG++/NM- and cover is still in original shrink wrap.
3) You Are There - Her 1985 outing released on Pausa.  LP is a stunning near mint minus and cover is a beautiful VG++ with a small top right hand corner punch hole.

I USE GOLDMINE GRADING:   MINT (SEALED) NEAR MINT: LOOKS UNPLAYED VG++:  VERY VERY MINIMAL SIGNS OF USE VG+:  AVERAGE SIGNS OF USE, NOTHING DEEP, SUPERFICIAL VG:  STILL AN OK RECORD, NOISE BETWEEN SONGS GOOD: WORN BUT PLAYS FINE WITH DISTRACTING NOISE POOR:  FILLER COPY ONLY.  LOTS OF SCRATCHES
