Record Condition: VG+/VG+ (some long surface marks on each side that do not affect play - this plays a very strong EX for me, string parts come through loud, clear and undistorted. Please listen to the soundclip below, taken from the copy of the record for sale, to hear what I mean)

Very rare Canadian pop / sunshine / easy listening LP from 1970, some truly unique material on here - I'm no expert in the genre but there is some truly beautiful stuff on this record, certainly not run of the mill easy listening material. Recently sold for over $650. Tracklist is as follows:

I am a DJ and collector and grade conservatively on the simple scale of Sealed, NM, EX, VG+, VG, VG-, and G. All audio clips and label scans are taken from the copy of the record for sale and are not altered in any way.

Shipping is $4 for one LP sent within the USA via Media Mail, $9 Priority, and $14 worldwide via First Class International Airmail.

All records are packaged securely in professional cardboard record mailers with inserts, and are taped securely on the outside.

Please note - I cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the post office, though in my experience in mailing over 1000 records, this simply does not happen.
