NICE COLLECTION OF TWO JULIE LONDON LP's & ONE FROM EACH OF HER HUSBANDS - JACK WEBB & BOBBY TROUP (see photos for complete playlists) :
NOTE: Julie London (September 26, 1926 - October 18, 2000) was an American singer and actress whose career spanned over 40 years. In the mid 1950's she signed a recording contract with Liberty Records and released a total of 32 albums of pop and jazz standards in the '50's & '60's, with her signature song being "Cry Me A River". She is also remembered for her role of nurse Dixie McCall, in the TV series "Emergency!" (1972-79) , in which she starred opposite her real-life husband, Bobby Troup. The show was produced by her ex-husband, Jack Webb.
Julie London was married to Jack Webb, actor,producer and Jazz lover, from 1947 to 1954. In 1959 she married Jazz composer & musician Bobby Troup, and they remained married until his death in 1999.

3) JACK WEBB: Pete Kelly's Blues (1955) (Columbia - CL-690) Background music and Jazz tunes from the soundtrack of the Warner Bros. motion picture release. Music composed by various jazz musicians. Music conducted by Ray Heindorf, Matty Matlock. Starring: Jack Webb. CONDITION: Vinyl = Very Good -. Cover = Good +. Upper and lower seams are split. Cover color is bright and clean. 
4) BOBBY TROUP: Bobby Troup and his Trio (1955) (Liberty - LRP-3002) Recorded at the Celebrity Room in Hollywood, CA. CONDITION: Vinyl & Cover = Very Good ++.

LP's come boxed carefully in corrugated boxes made specifically for LP's, with filler pads and bubble wrap on both sides to protect the cover. LP's are housed in clear plastic LP sleeves. The LP is removed from the cover for shipping to prevent seam splitting unless when purchasing a sealed LP or when specified otherwise. Tracking numbers will be provided on all purchases.
