Description

Various Artists - "Just Another Asshole #5"
1981

12" LP

JAA

Out of Print!

Vinyl: M-
Cover: VG+

Exceedingly rare “audio magazine” of downtown heavies from turn-of-the-80s New York featuring such folks as Wharton Tiers, Lee Ranaldo, Jenny Holzer, Thurston Moore (“The Fucking Youth of Today”), Eric Bogosian, Phil Niblock, Ned Sublette, Glenn Branca, Rhys Chatham…well, you get the idea.

Edited by Glenn Branca and Barbara Ess. Plain white sleeve stamped with “Just Another Asshole”; blank label record printed with the same stamp. Vinyl is Mint-, cover is fine but a bit yellowed around the edges with age. Amazing time capsule of the downtown NYC scene.
