Description
COLLECTOR'S ALERT. King Cole, Lester Young, Red Callender "Trio" 1953 Aladdin 705 mono 10". Super hard to find release of the original 1942 recording. Sleeve is in remarkably good condition, with almost negligible light scuff and very minor damage to upper right corner (see photos). Someone lightly penciled the price ($3.00?!) on the back. There is no inner sleeve. Vinyl is still shiny, but has multiple light scratches on both sides, and one moderate scratch across most of the B side. The A side is playing back with light to moderate crackle, the B side, with moderate and occasionally heavy crackle. In near mint condition, this would command a very high price. The crackling gets you a great bargain for a special record, which is still a gas to listen to. Just cleaned with a VPI wet-vac system. I'll pay the shipping via USPS Media Mail.
