Vinyl is EXCELLENT, very clean, sounds great!  Sleeve is also EXCELLENT with little general wear on edges/corners, some small creases, one corner ding, & a small area of indentaion near the word "stereo" on front upper corner.  Comes in original plastic sleeve with hype stickers which are worn.  Includes download code (unsure if still valid).  See photos.
