KAMPFAR the band from tranquil Fredrikstad in Norway has long been a fixture in the Scandinavian Black Metal landscape.
Founder Dolk and his mens brought the 5th studio album ''Mare'' with a total of 9 songs into light, 3 years after ''Heimgang'' recordings.
The album looks a lot fresher and more alert than its predecessor. Old Norwegian legends tell "Mare" is a female devil who comes at night to sleeping ones. It brings them horror and leads to states of anxiety & breathlessness.
In the 45 minutes of first-class Norwegian Pagan Black Metal art, the band invites you on a journey into this world of witches and nightmares.
Here comes the deluxe reissue of 2018 as a limited edition of 500 Picture LPs including high resolution woven patch, hot foil stamping, printed inside cover & exclusive bonustrack.
