This is a 1968 U.S. MGM RECORDS self-titled LP from New York soft psychedelic band Kangaroo, which included as members Barbara Keith and Orleans founding member John Hall.  It is MGM Records U.S. catalog number SE-4586, with a small drill hole in the cover near the lower left corner, indicating a promo or a cutout copy.  Record comes packaged inside the cover in its original stock MGM Record inner sleeve with information about other then-current MGM Records LP releases.
