Notes

Limited Edition picture disc. This is the first release of the picture disc edition (it was later re-released in the same cover and with the same catalogue number).

This picture disc edition is housed in a clear plastic inner sleeve (with characteristic blue strip on the top of the right hand side) within a full colour outer sleeve (photographed by Jay Myrdal). It sports a sticker declaring that it's a picture disc. The cover is a thick cardboard and is laminated (the reissued picture disc's cover is thinner card and is not laminated). The cover has the picture disc catalogue number printed on it (adding a 'P' to the black vinyl counterpart's EMC 3223 cat number).

This first edition has a circular sticker stating that it is a picture disc (usually in the top left hand corner). The second pressing (apparently aimed at the US market, where the first pressing had proven popular) has an oval sticker (usually top centre). The second disc also states "manufactured in the UK by EMI records Ltd." as part of the copyright notice printed on the disc. This first edition does NOT have this wording.

Brilliant MINT vinyl and cover first edition

I am the original owner who worked at an indie record store in late 70's /early 80's and spent many a pay check collecting vinyl!

Part of my large private collection of MINT, NEVER PLAYED records which have been stored safely since purchase and kept in a smoke free / pet free environment.

Rest assured the items I am selling are in the condition stated, and most never even hit the shelves of the store I worked in as I would buy straight out of the box and handle with care!

Regarding vinyl, if you would like the item taken out of the jacket cover to avoid any potential seam splits, please advise otherwise item will be packed as is but securely and in most cases should not be an issue with seam splits.

PLEASE WAIT FOR INVOICE PRIOR TO SENDING PAYMENT
