DERAM RECORDS # SDL 2 Original 1971 Progressive Psych Blues Rock LP

Here is the ORIGINAL FIRST Beige Deram lable for this record - probably their best album, fairly funky rhythms and solid production. MILLER ANDERSON is the talented composer, vocalist and guitar player on this LP. Somehow it seems he is sold short in British rock history by being the principal member of a band named for the drummer! They played at WOODSTOCK, yet weren't featured on the albums OR the film! It's rumoured that Hartley didn't allow this - though it's quite possible the equipment wasn't functioning, or something like. Whatever reason, they didn't get propelled to stardom like the highly featured artists present! This is a fine piece, especially in such nice shape.

Condition; The VINYL is decent EX with lovely shine, a few LIGHT marks, i.e. scuff from the paper sleeve. Plays magnificently, full clear sound.
STEREO LABLES are EX ..... The Gatefold COVER grades VG+, A small sticker repair, with light edge wear. A respectable copy of a quality LP! *
