Artist: KEN MCINTYRE with ERIC DOLPHY
Title: “Looking Ahead”
Label: NEW JAZZ. Mono pressing on medium weight vinyl. Label is purple with silver text, does not have deep groove. Catalog number is NJLP 8247.
RVG is stamped in dead wax.
Session Date: 1960.

Ken McIntyre – alto sax, flute
Eric Dolphy – alto sax, flute, bass clarinet
Walter Bishop, Jr. – piano
Sam Jones – bass
Arthur Taylor - drums.
Condition:
DISC: Vinyl is VG+ with full original gloss. There are a couple minor scuffs but no serious marks or issues, plays great with nice clean fidelity. Labels are clean.
JACKET: Jacket is VG. Front art work is nice and bright, but has some visible ring wear. Reverse has ring wear, but is otherwise clean. Would grade higher except top seam and spine are completely split. There is a small drill hole at bottom right corner, to indicate this was originally sold as a cut-out. No writing, stickers, or other problems. Overall a very presentable jacket to accompany the superb disc.
