Here is the original US BLUE NOTE LP for TROMPETA TOCCATA by KENNY DORHAM with the original inner sleeve.
---DESCRIPTION---
?TITLE : TROMPETA TOCCATA
?YEAR : 1964
?CAT.No : BLP 4181 MONO
?LABEL : NEW YORK USA
?EAR, and VAN GELDER marks in run-off groove on both sides.
---CONDITION---
?COVER : (NM-) The light bump at the spine corner and the wear on the title (Please see photo). Otherwise beautiful.
?RECORD : (NM) Play great on both sides. The very light blue ink stain on the label of Side.2 but nothing serious (Please see photo).
?INNER SLEEVE?(VG+) The splits on the bottom and one side but nothing serious (It has been repaired from inside). The light wrinkle and stain.
---RECORD GRADING---
M(MINT): The record itself is perfect like brand new condition. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.
NM: The record itself is nearly perfect like with no obvious signs of wear or deterioration in sound quality. The cover has no crease, folds seam split or any other noticeable similar defect.
EX: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VG+: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
Good: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine/bottom splits, discoloration, etc.
