Things are changing fast.   on eBay there are some new changes effectively April 2010, which affect directly us as sellers.   Although you leave us possitive feedback, this is nowadays NOT ENOUGH for eBay to let us continue working as they are asking that our DSR (detailed seller rate) has a maximum of 3% (or of '1's and 2's' stars ratings on feedback...   They don't care if we are not in USA or not. Just as an example,  last month we were 'gold power seller' and we were 'above standard' qualified even with a discount earned on seller fees and NOWADAYS we are pending in a line of going out of business forever as with new rules we are NO longer power sellers and we are below standard and have 3 alerts that if we don't improve our 'Performance FAST we are out.   To be honest this is ridiculous as we only have  from 10- 14 (1's or 2's) in all categories of feedbacks -being all possitives- (FROM  +2600 feedbacks !!!).  In few words if you leave us a possitive feedback with a 1 or 2 stars it's worst than a negative and will kill us.

ON OUR SIDE

from NOW ON, efectively mid-april 2010, EVERYTHING  will be out via registred mail (on our own), so please ignore the items you are requested to pay extra money for the registred service on our invoices, so you will not have to pay anything extra.   We are going to change our shipping times with the promise of shipping at least twice a week (instead of one), we have a new software in which we are going to upload all of tracking numbers and you will get it via email yours, which willl be traceable on usps.com and on canadian postal service (USA and Canadian buyers only).    ALL orders are ALWAYS treated the same way  for us and  are very important the same even for a purchase of  $0.99 or for the $5000 items.  We are going to put more images /sound bietes on each item so you are get what you see (not blurred images, or item

From now own ALL orders over USD 150 will need to be shipped via courrier priority overnight (FEDEX - I have a good discount there as have an old bussiness account).  

We have never made any kind of bussiness on shipping rates (you can take a look to postal stamps on envelope !!!), we always use NEW sturdy cardboard /boxes material and NEW bubble packing envelopes in order that you get items in best condition possible.

Delivery times:

UK costumers, Delivery times is between 21-28 days... all parcels shipped via registred mail, are delivered via Royal Mail, BUT they are not traceable as for some strange reason ALL items shipped from Mexico at the moment of entering the UK they are given a different tracking number (you might have noticed that they have a different barcode on receiving items)... So PLEASE be patient if you don't have anyway to trace your parcel.  I have made some experiments trough years and it's something very wierd and frustrating.
If want to help me testing how fast you get your item with my tracking numbers will be VERY helpfull as I still don't understand how UK shipping works.

USA costumers: PLEASE read below on item's description shipping table with the CORRECT shipping charges which are NOT the same as eBay forces to give as we are obviously NOT IN THE USA... this is an international deal (you can easily take a look on what have you been charged and paid upon receipt of package with the amount on postal stamp on envelope - that easy ... in hundreds of cases I've put money from my pocket from the stamp charges)... From now on, your item will be traceable on usps.com FREE OF CHARGE (you can always request our trackin from now own)...PLEASE wait until I send correct shipping invoice,  PLEASE if you are not happy with shipping charges DO NOT BID otherwise I will have to cancell transaction.  I can promise that from now on, you will be VERY happy with your service expecting great ideas and good costumer service. ... We do speak English fluently (also italian, can read french ... got some German at school) ... please give us a call in case of any trouble... we can provide messenger, skype, etc... all email messanges are always replied fast as they get to us via our iphones or mail.

ITALY costumers:   Delivery times is between 21-28 days. According to my reports, 80% of my low average numbers are from ITALIAN costumers.  so PLEASE... If  you are an Italian costumer AND you think delivery time is TOO MUCH time to wait for an item, or if you think that SHIPPING COSTS ARE TOO HIGH --- PLEASE DO NO BID IN MY ITEMS.  you can Always give us a call, my wife Damaris speaks a very fluent Italian.  We love Italy , we have been there few times in Milano record fair and have a lot of friends there.  We do always work for a 5 stars feedback. If you think we deserve a lower feedback PLEASE email us prior to leaving a lower one.

Mexico:  Si eres un cliente nuevo (con nosotros) y vives en Mexico D.F. mandame un email y con gusto platicamos ANTES de que subastes / compres... entregas personales SOLO en plaza loreto previa cita (no importa si no tienes paypal o no) ... No acepto entregas en otro lugar ni en ningun lugar raro como en algun metro (no es mercadolibre) ... Si vives otro estado POR FAVOR escribe antes o de lo contrario cancelo la subasta (el 0.5% de todos mis envios son a Mexicanos con los cuales SIEMPRE pasa algo raro.  SI VIVES en estados fronterizos FAVOR de escribir antes (por mensajeria esta prohibido enviarles cosas), por lo que solo enviò via sepomex registrado (se tarda entre 3 y 5 dias habiles)... Cualquier duda POR FAVOR pregunta antes !!! .  Disculpa si suena muy rudo lo anterior, pero prefiero aclarar estos puntos y que la transaccion sea rapida, facil y todos felices.
