1969 HARVEST SHVL763 VERY RARE FACTORY PROMO SAMPLER
I am not a record dealer looking to make profit out of you,but a very long term record collector who needs to sell some of my record collection to raise some money before my girlfriend starts nagging at me!!!!
This unique album is Kevin Ayers' first since leaving the Soft Machine.This LP features some well known names such as Rob Tait(drums) from the Battered Ornaments,and members of the Soft Machine such as Robert Wyatt,Mike Ratledge,and Hugh Hopper.The overall sound is very similar to the Soft Machines first 2 albums but has a very Pink Floyd / Syd Barrett sound to it.You wont be dissapointed!!!
COVER CONDITION - This LP has been mostly stored from new. Album comes with a gatefold sleeve with its spine in perfect condition.Outer laminate sleeve is still in perfect unfaded bright yellow with unscuffed corners and very straight crisp edges.Laminate is in perfect condition with no lifting ,crease marks or indentations when held to the light.Inner original Harvest advertisement sleeve is uncreased almost as the day it was made!.
VINYL CONDITION - Vinyl is in immaculate condition on both sides apart from one small hairline mark on side one as seen on inspection lamp(totally inaudible and not easily seen).Centre label is as new apart from 3 hard to see spindle marks(probably the amount of times its been played!!).The "factory sample not for sale"sticker can be seen from the photos below.
