The sleeve is a strong VG+ it is clean it is has slight creases but seam splits, the labels are EX+ and the vinyl is a strong EX with only a few light wispy dust scratches on this 1977 UK Island Records issue WI 278 by Kim Fowley _ "The Trip" b/w "Beautiful People"
