Description

This is a FACTORY SEALED original issue of KING CRIMSON - "IN THE COURT OF THE CRIMSON KING" Atlantic Records # SD 8245 - There is a "KING CRIMSON" sticker on the front cover. The sticker is clear with red lettering. I purchased this LP at Sam Goody in NYC as a back up for the copy I played continually and never opened it.  This is a very early edition - late '69 or start of the 70's On the lower right rear cover, the Sam Goody clerk would use a razor blade to cut off the corner of cellophane and then write code letters to identify price and sale date (I think that's why they did it). Their pink sticker is still on the rear cover. That is the only mark keeping this from from being absolutely perfect. Please forward any questions
