THIS IS A RECORD THAT IS VERY HARD TO FIND! IT IS ONE OF ROCKS GREATEST ALBUMS WITH ROBERT FRIPP PSYCHEDELIC GUITAR WORK ON 21ST CENTURY SCHIZOID MAN AND GREG LAKE's TOP VOCALS.
KING CRIMSON - "IN THE COURT OF THE CRIMSON KING" ORIGINAL ALBUM 1969 ILPS9111 STEREO PINK RIM ISLAND LABEL VERY HARD TO FIND IN THIS CONDITION MOST ARE NOW WELL WRECKED, NOT THIS ONE TAKE A LOOK AT PICTURES VINYL STILL HAS GLOSSY, THIS ALBUM WILL SOON BE ON THE ULTRA RARE LIST, EVEN IN THE UK!
The vinyl is visually in EXCELLENT PLUS condition. THE PINK RIM ISLAND labels are in very good to excellent condition without any writing
The gatefold E.J. DAY 1st press sleeve is in excellent condition with some sello tape marks in the corners as it seem to have been protected The inside of the sleeve is in excellent condition.
The spine is in excellent condition and fully readable with some rounding in the corners and minor edge wear .
In the Court of the Crimson King (an observation by King Crimson) is the 1969 debut album by the British progressive rock group King Crimson. The album reached No.3 on the British charts. The album was remastered and re-released in the late 1990s, and given a subsequent remastering after the original masters were found in the Virgin vaults, which in turn was released in 2004. The album is certified gold in the United States!
The album is considered by many the launching point of progressive rock where blues-oriented rock is completely abandoned in favour of more jazz and European symphonic elements incorporated.

Cover - Looks virtually new with signs of handling- Minor wear creases but no marks or damage. Light sleeves may show slight discoloration due to age.
Disc - May have minor scuffs &/or hairline scratches caused by moving record in & out of paper sleeve
Excellent
Cover - Slight signs of wear on edges/spine, corners or ring wear. No damage caused by sticker removal/residue.
Disc- May have a few superficial marks &/or hairline scratches and paper scuffs.
Very good
Cover - Moderate edge/spine or ring wear. Corners may be a little blunt. Opening edge may show feathering caused by removal of record. Visible creases or laminate lift. Localised sticker removal damage.
Disc - Surface marks &/or hairline scratches. Moderate paper scuffs.
Good
Cover - Heavy ring or edge/spine wear. Corners noticeable bashed. Heavy creases. Considerable laminate/surface damage.
Disc - Looks very well played. A lot of surface marks/scratches
