Description
King Crimson-In The Court Of The Crimson King LP UK Pink Island original pressing No.ILPS-9111,matrix A2/B4.
Condition throughout is very good to excellent. The original gatefold cover is very good-there are the minor signs of age such as some losses on the edges and some minor creasing on the rear but nothing substantial anywhere-no writing/tears etc.The disc is excellent with no visible scratches in normal light and totally clean labels-in artificial light there are a few of thes 'grease' type spots that form over years of storage in a damp atmosphere. These will clear with a professional type clean.Grades overall at EX/VG+
Obviously one of the iconic albums of progressive rock and which came at its beginnings.Hard to find the original pink Island pressings and this one is still in a very reasonable condition.
Added-Having given the record a good play just there is quite a lot of surface noise throughout the quiet parts and a few clicks from the spots described above.
