For sale here is a very rare LP(especially in this condition). The DEBUT by KING CRIMSON called " IN THE COURT OF THE CRIMSON KING " and is an ORIGINAL 1969 UK STEREO 1st Pressing on the 1st Press PINK ISLAND label. THIS LP IS MEGA RARE AND VERY DIFFICULT TO LOCATE. THIS IS BY FAR KING CRIMSON's RAREST LP EVER AND HARDLY EVER TURNS UP FOR SALE... TRY AND GET HOLD OF ANOTHER ONE! NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS IN SUPERB CONDITION...(have a look at my photo's) THIS IS THE ORIGINAL UK 1969 STEREO 1st PRESSING

 Labels are the sensational PINK ISLAND format in excellent ++ condition. With the white i ISLAND logo below the central holes on both labels to confirm that this is the very first issue of this magnificent rarity. Has a few minor spindle lines that would indicate that the vinyl has not been played very much at all!!!There is NO damage of any kind!! NO graffiti, NO rips NO tears or stickers and in excellent++ condition.

 Vinyl Thickly pressed heavy weight vinyl pressing with jet black mirror like surfaces That have that just pressed look!!. A magnificent vintage classic. Against a strong light and angled at 45 degrees There are NO surface marks, NO scratches or blemishes at all!! whatsoever!!!

Sleeve 
First issue matt finished E J Day patents pending gate-fold sleeve is showing only mild signs of storage wear, with some wear at the corners. The sleeve has NO ring wear, NO rips, NO tears and absolutely NO graffiti whatsoever, and is a pleasure to view. The sleeve is in very good+++ condition and a Fantastic collector’s item . The Spine is perfectly straight but mildly scuffed; therefore the text is only partly legible. This is a fine example of this sensational PINK ISLAND classic.

IN THE COURT OF THE CRIMSON KING... (an observation by King Crimson) is the 1969 debut album by the British progressive rock group King Crimson. The album reached #3 on the British charts. The album is generally viewed as one of the strongest of the progressive rock genre, where blues-oriented rock was mixed together with jazz and European symphonic elements. The album was remastered and re-released on vinyl and CD several times during the 1980s and 1990s. 

Album cover 
Barry Godber (1946–1970), an artist and computer programmer, painted the album cover. Godber died in February 1970 of a heart attack, shortly after the album's release.
