Description

KING CRIMSON RED 1974 Laminated UK 1st Press Sean/Pecko etched UK - NM

From my Father's collection which he has cherished and kept in Pristine Condition.

The Album cover looks like it just came off the shelf, the vinyl looks as though it has not been played.

This 1974 Prog Rock Album

is from British Prog Rock Legends

King Crimson founders of Progressive Rock.

Highly rated Album and very collectable.

Jimi Hendrix himself watched Crimson perform and seriously rated Robert Fripp as a guitarist.

Early Original Prog Rock Albums, currently are at an all time high  especially if you have the early 1st pressings and they are of course in Pristine  condition.

This is certainly one of them and would be a great investment as the value of this album will only increase over time.

This is the very First Original UK pressing

Which has the Laminated cover its in pristine condition all round (Island Palm Tree Pink Label), (one thing to mention is that on side 1  the spindle hole is showing a slight mark this has been present since my Father purchased it from new in 1974, one assumes it must have happened when it was made at the factory, as the rest of the album is  (NM) Comes complete with Inner (bino)

I very much doubt you will find another as good in this condition.

I would only ever grade an album as Mint if it was unopened still sealed in the shrink wrap.

Pictures taken from a Huawei Smartphone really doesn't do the album justice its truly remarkable and in pristine condition.

Matrix numbers A-3U sean / B-6U pecko which denotes its the very first pressing

Posted Free via Royal Mail in a heavy mailer with stiffeners I will take great care when packing The album, it will come housed in a quality grade protective Sleeve with the vinyl record and inner separated from the sleeve to ensure it remains protected.
