KING CRIMSON – THE YOUNG PERSON’S GUIDE TO KING CRIMSON – 1st PRESSING – EX

Lovely collection from 1975. Made even more interesting because of the rare version of “I Talk To The Wind” with vocals by Judy Dyble (the original vocalist with Fairport Convention). Super glossy vinyl, almost spotless, with just a few very fine sleeve marks in a bright light.

1st UK pressing, matrices:
Side 1: 8 ISDL 7 - 1A - 1

Side 2: 4 ISDL 7 - 1B - 1 HTM
Side 3: 5 ISDL 7 - 2A - 1 HTM
Side 4: 3 ISDL 7 - 2B - 1 HTM
Numbers at the beginning and HTM at the end are etched, the rest stamped.

Run-ins are almost silent, just the occasional very light background crackle, but all’s fine when the music plays. Sound quality is great.

Comes with a 20-page booklet, in excellent condition. Which is a King Crimson diary and gig list (1969-74), and lots of music press reviews and photographs.

Gatefold sleeve also in excellent condition, as are the original black Island inner sleeves.

All in all a really nice clean copy.

Please look carefully at the photos as they are part of the description.
