Description

Here we have one acetate 78 RPM of King George VI & Queen Elizabeth's Silver Wedding Anniversary. This 78 is an extremely rare acetate from the Melody Recording Co. located at 748 High Road in London. The description of the title on the acetate appears to be written in pen -- blue ink. This may very well be one of the only remaining known copies of this speech in existence. The record contains speeches by King George VI and Elizabeth speaking about the public celebration of their marriage on their Silver Anniversary. The record is dated April 26th, 1948. Don't miss out on this rare artifact of 20th century British History. It may be your only chance.
