Description
Original King Oliver and His Orchestra 78 rpm record of "Passing The Time With Me" and "What's The Use of Living Without Love." This is on the RCA Victor label #23011 (with the 'scroll' label design). The playing surfaces are in absolutely beautiful M- condition with full gloss!! No scuff marks or scratches at all. This record very truly looks like it was never played!! I do not see any groove wear on either side and there are no spindle marks on either of the labels. No writing or stickers on the labels either. No chips or other damage on the outer edges or around the spindle holes. This is in really remarkable shape for a 78 of this vintage. I think it would be impossible to improve upon the quality of this record!!

Buyer satisfaction and returns: I offer what I believe is a very reasonable return policy for all individual items (and smaller lots) that I sell. The item must be returned to me exactly as it was packaged and mailed to the buyer. I will refund the original sale price and shipping fee only; return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. I do not give ‘partial’ refunds either (i.e. the buyer keeps the item for a lesser price). This policy applies to U.S. and non-U.S. buyers alike and regardless of the final sale price of the item. That being said, please ask any and all questions you may have before bidding. Please do not bid on items that are graded below near mint or even M- and expect them to be nearly or totally perfect. Obviously, items graded below the ‘mint ranges’ of condition will have either some very slight or more noteworthy imperfections, which I will do my best to disclose in the above listing. Asking questions beforehand is the key to a successful transaction, especially for buyers who are overly fussy about condition.
