This is an ORIGINAL 1964 U.S. CAMEO RECORDS 7" WHITE LABEL PROMO 45 PACKAGED IN AN ORIGINAL 1964 CAMEO RECORDS STOCK COMPANY SLEEVE containing the early Kinks tracks titled 'Long Tall Sally'/'I Took My Baby Home'.  It is Cameo Records U.S. catalog number C-345.
