On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Kinks called 'The Kinks Are The Village Green Preservation Society' and is an ORIGINAL 1968 UK MONO 1st Pressing on the 1st Press Pye label!!!! THIS LP IS INCREDIBLY RARE AND IMPOSSIBLY HARD TO FIND -ESPECIALLY IN MONO!!!! THIS HAS TO BE REGARDED AS ONE OF THE RAREST KINKS LPS - AND CERTAINLY ONE OF THE MOST SOUGHT AFTER!!!!  IT FAILED TO CHART ON RELEASE AND DIDNT SELL WELL AT ALL!!!!  NOT ONLY THAT BUT IT IS IN STUNNING CONDITION AND VERY HARD TO FIND LIKE THIS!!!!  SO DONT MISS OUT!!!!  This is the original Pye UK MONO 1st pressing from 1968 and is in STUNNING condition!!!! The record is pressed on MEGA THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is NPL 18233 on the 1st Press Blue Pye label (see picture) and is a UK MONO 1st pressing!!!! All the tracks are pure quality Kinks at their best!!!! Any fan of The Kinks, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!!

The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and only a few light spindle marks!!!!  The vinyl is in STUNNING condition!!!! Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, NO hairlines, and only a few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!! ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!!  THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!!  It is GREAT to find that the record plays as STUNNING as the visual!!!! There is NO pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, NO hiss and NO crackle!!!!  There is NO distortion and NO groovewear either!!!!  The record must grade FULL Excellent if not better!!!! AWESOME!!!!  Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record also comes in its ORIGINAL inner sleeve!!!! The Gatefold 1st Press MONO Cover is in BRILLIANT condition - and is one of the best covers for this LP I have seen!!!! The cover has NO edgewear, NO spinal wear, only a VERY few light creases (cover is VERY flat looking), and NO writing!!!! The opening edges are beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the unlaminated inside is in STUNNING condition with NO grubbyness, NO writing, and NO yellowing!!!! The only downside to the cover is a small area of typical laminate lifting near the spinal edge on the front of the cover - but there is NO laminate loss - and NO lifting on the cover back!!!! The only other thing to mention is some slight corner wear - which is only VERY slight to the opening corners and top spinal edge - and only slightly more to the bottom spinal corner.  But there is NO splits, NO tears and the laminate is wonderfully shiny!!!!  Take a look at the pictures - this really is a SUPERB Cover for this LP and MILES better than most than turn up!!!!  The cover must grade Very Good++++ if not better and is VERY hard to find in this condition!!!!  THIS IS A STUNNING CONDITIONED MONO 1ST PRESSING AND VERY RARE IN THIS CONDITION!!!!  DONT MISS OUT!!!!
