KISS 2 Lp’s “Alive!”, Original 1st French press Casablanca / EMI-Pathe Marconi. This is the first KISS album released domestically in France, with the gatefold discography replaced with live pictures of the band members taken from the USA booklet. Casablanca Blue Bogart label !!! ATTENTION: this is NOT a recent fake or a common reissue from the 80’s (like the England or later French press by Vogue) who replaced the first 3 albums discography pictures from the gatefold with other later Kiss albums covers, this is the genuine, INCREDIBLE RARE and unique French press from the 70’s !!!! Rumors says about 700 copies only of this album was pressed :

Side A: 1) Deuce, 2) Strutter, 3) Got To Choose, 4) Hotter Than Hell, 5) Firehouse.

Side B: 1) Nothin’ To Lose, 2) C’mon And Love Me , 3) Parasite, 4) She.

Side C: 1) Watchin’ You, 2) 100,000 Years, 3) Black Diamond.

Side D: 1) Rock Bottom, 2) Cold Gin, 3) Rock And Roll All Nite, 4) Let Me Go Rock And Roll.

Format: 2xLP –  Distributed by “Casablanca / EMI-Pathe Marconi” on the “Blue Bogart” label with silver letters, catalogue 2C156-97185/6.

COUNTRY: ITALY, 1976.

COVER: VG++/EX-, Gatefold cover is solid but slightly aged: there are NO splits and NO writings. Slight edge and corner wear, slight record ring-wear, one little peeling on the spine, slight sign of a removed sticker on the upper-right corner. Anyhow the copy for sale is exactly the one of the attached pictures, everyone can see from itself that it’s still in very nice conditions and certainly suitable for every respectable KISS collection !!! (please take a look to the pictures).

RECORD: VG++/EX-, both vinyl in nice shape, some slight surface hairlines and tiny surface scratches here and there. Personally I have never seen a Mint or a Near Mint copy of this rarity. (visually graded, Not tested).

INNER SLEEVE: NM, Original printed inner sleeve with lyrics in great conditions and fully intact.
