KISS Double Platinum MATT COVER Super Rare OZ 2LP Press

KISS – Double Platinum Australian 2LP Issue on the Casablanca Label. NBLP7100. Cover is in excellent condition with a faint one inch crease in between the 2 ‘SS’ on the front cover and slight handling creases along the spine. The records have beautiful clean labels and both surfaces are very clean and show very few light hairline scuffs. There are no scratches on the surface or writing anywhere to be seen and the disc are both in solid VG+ condition. The inside gatefold images are in Black or Blue back-ground and are different to the original DP images. This record does not show up too often for sale.

Note this is the third issue of this particular title in this country. The first was the glossy platinum cover, which was imported from the USA and had silver labelled records, the second is the White & Red Cover with the silver labelled records and of course this one which has a pale printed silver cover which is a copy of the original release and has the tan Casablanca labels as well. This may have been issued by PolyGram in a cheapy re-issue series in the early 1980’s.

Kept in storage in smoke free environment for several years.
