I was fortunate enough to recently receive hundreds of unsold KISS albums in boxes that had sat in Polygram Records' warehouse and i will be listing them a few at a time. most of these LPs are beautiful...some are error copies. some are in amazing shape, and some are in good shape. i will indicate the condition of each LP. one of the great things about these LPs is that a lot of them never made it into the stores, so theres no price tags or shelf wear. when it comes to American KISS releases and pressings, i am an expert so feel free to ask anything. bidders with less than 20 feedback please contact me first, otherwise your bids will be cancelled because of previous bad experiences.
KISS "Dressed To Kill" NBLP 7016/422-824148-1 sticker....this is a freebie copy of PolyGram's 1st issue of Dressed to Kill. Leftover un-embossed Casablanca jackets were used and a barcode sticker was placed on back cover. this copy was a promo as indicated by the saw cut on the bottom right. sharp and near mint edges have broken through the shrink on the bottom left, but this is for sure very close to mint. it is unclear whether the label is Casablanca filmworks or PolyGram Filmworks. both labels have been used with this release pressed in 1981.
