This limited edition deluxe COLORED VINYL box set celebrates the 40th anniversary of the 1978 release of all four solo albums by the founding members of KISS.
Only 2,500 sets were produced in 2018.
The set I'm selling is unsealed, but the LPs have never been played. Everything that originally came in this set is included -- LPs, posters, prints, turntable mat, outer box.
Everything -- the outer box and all of the contents inside the box -- looks new. PLEASE NOTE that because the record albums were never sealed in shrink wrap for this box set, the album jackets are not absolutely perfect -- if you look closely enough, a couple of the jackets have VERY tiny scuff marks from the jackets rubbing against each other inside the box.
Unlike the 2014 reissues of all Kiss albums, the albums in this box set were made just for this set, with unique tip-on style jackets that are made of sturdier, thicker paperboard stock. And, these jackets do not have UPC bar codes on them.
Each album also includes glossy reproductions of the posters that were included in the 1978 releases. The four posters interlock with each other to form one large mural.
This set also includes high-quality prints of all four album covers, plus a felt turntable mat that has the images of the four album covers.
SHIPPING: I will put this set inside a vinyl outer sleeve to protect it during shipment, and will package the set inside a sturdy corrugated cardboard shipping box with plenty of padding. Also (as shown in the last photo), I put the LPs inside high-quality poly inner sleeves to eliminate any damage to the inner sleeves that came with the set (thick glossy sleeves with images of the four album covers on each side, as shown in the photos). Of course, those original inner sleeves are included too.
