Description

Artist: Kjell Karlsen Big Band Record: 'Long John Silver/Big P'
Label: Viking Music Norway Year: 1963 Sleeve / Single: VG / VG+

How often do you see this one for sale? Well it's probably one of the first and the finest Norwegian Modern Jazz singles ever released, and with picture sleeve in great condition! The A-team of Norwegian players from this period is featured, noteworthy are Erik Andresen, Totti Berg, Finn Eriksen, Mikkel Flagstad, Atle Hammer, Frode Thingnæs etc. Big P was compiled on the scandi jazz compilation by Ricky Tick founder.

Condition: clean sleeve except for some old tape residue and a split one side, vinyl is clean and plays awesome, noc. Label on one side have some very faint tape residue. This is SO rare.

Very limited press. Comes from a pet, smoke, corona free home. Paypal ok. Any Sales tax in Buyers country added by eBay will be paid by Buyer. Shipping comes extra.
