Welcome! Here is a first German press of Klaus Schulze Irrlicht (Ohr OMM 556 022). Schulze subtitled his 1972 debut album “Quadrophonische Symphonie für Orchester und E-Maschinen,” and that is exactly what it is. This album has a beautiful laminated gatefold sleeve, the elusive insert, the original inner sleeve, and terrific sound quality. Lovely condition throughout!!!

Side 1: 0664 179 S1 OMM 556 022 A ?1972 320 1E.
Side 2: 0664 179 S2 OMM 556 022 B ?1972 320 1K.
Using the Record Collector grading system, what do we have here?
Sleeve: The laminated gatefold sleeve grades EX. The exterior of the sleeve is BEAUTIFUL, with only a few very small laminate wrinkles along the edges. All edges, corners, and spine are flawless. The inside gatefold has some very minor surface wear marks, mainly near the unlaminated edges. Without this minor interior wear, I would grade the sleeve M-.
Vinyl: The vinyl is M-! This has nothing more than random minor pops that are part of just about every Ohr pressing I have ever heard. The vinyl is visually pristine as well.
Labels: Both Ohr labels are lovely, with NO spindle tracking. Clearly, this album has been played no more than a few times, and handled carefully.
Insert: The black and white insert, printed on heavy matte paper, grades M-, with no faults whatsoever.
Inner Sleeve: This album has its original plain white inner sleeve, which is very bright and clean. The inner has a slightly waxy finish, typical of early 1970s German LPs. There is a split of about 5 cm (2 in.) on one side, but there are no other flaws.
And, in the end: Save for the VERY minor wear to the inside of the gatefold, you will not find a better example of a first-press German Irrlicht anywhere! So, sit back and let Klaus Schulze take you on a trip to deep space. Please email me with any questions.

For shipments outside the USA, I generally use the value that eBay shows for First Class Mail International, although if I believe that my packing – on which I pride myself – will likely knock the cost up to the next price level, that is what I will go with initially. If the actual price turns out to be less, I will post an immediate refund for the difference.
Insurance: If you would like, I will get an insurance quote for you. I pack things very well, but if you choose to not buy insurance, I will not be responsible if something nasty happens.
