DETAILED CONDITION:

SLEEVE: very light storage wear at the corners, otherwise Superb...rear lovely and clean..spine lettering nice and clear: EX 

VINYL - SIDE ONE: one tiny pressing 'bobble' at the end of track one otherwise looks unplayed and plays beautifully : EX 

VINYL - SIDE TWO: Beautiful..looks unplayed and plays beautifully: EX+ 

LABELS: Superb: EX+

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied - I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX and EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many .(This item being a case in point!) I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
