Description
An extremely rare copy of a much vaunted VG+ single from the UK Psychedelic pioneers KALEIDOSCOPE 'FLIGHT FROM ASHIYA' on Fontana TF863 from 1967 which also comes in its original picture sleeve. Students of mid sixties Psych will know that is a real classic. The song describes what appears to be a trip in more than the literal sense of 'Captain Simpson' perhaps on an aircraft 'Nobody knows where we are - one minute high one minute low.' It's truly a great record which is in very fine VG+ borderline EX with no scratches or marks and playing perfectly throughout. See the pictures to draw your own conclusion. The sleeve is a in VG condition considering it's age but has split at the bottom with a small amount of sellotape having been applied by a previous owner. Curiously the original owner has typed on it what appears to be the original purchase date '15th December 1967' on the rear and the name of the band on the front. See pics. All in all this is a great item which is sure to attract huge interest from Psych Scholars. To conclude (and to quote the words on the rear of the sleeve) 'humbly, we offer you the colours....and more'
