Description
This sound clip comes from the double lp recorded live at the First Annual All-American High School Stage Band Festival 1972 in Mobile, Alabama.
The Kashmere Stage Band won the Festival as the only black band and they were doing funk and r&b instead of the more traditional jazz done by the other schools.
This group came out of a predominately black area of Houston, Tx.
This was when George Wallace the segragationist was the governor.
Plays Strong VG.
I don't see any record of this record being sold or offered for sale any where as far back as I can look.
I did not listen to any of the other bands on this 2 record lp.
Kashmere is the only reason I bought the records.
The gatefold cover is in strong VG condition with no tears or writing or split seams.
- What you hear in this sound clip is the record you will receive with no adjustments to the sound playback at all.
S&H $4.00 USA and $1.00 more per additional lp.
