Kate Bush Aerial 2 LP original EU first 1st press EMI vinyl 2005 rare

– cat # EMI KBALP01 – printed in EU, 2005

– 2x 12” double LP. Gatefold cover. Large booklet.

– For more information about this release please see here:

http://www.discogs.com/Kate-Bush-Aerial/release/588079

– This is a USED LP. It has been played maybe 5 or 6 times since it was purchased.

When examined carefully under bright light, the records both have the odd sleeve

removal and/or the odd very light and non-feelable scratch. Both records have some shine, and both have some fine paper dust.

The second record (A Sky Of Honey) is cleaner in appearance overall

and has been played less often than the first.

– Although A Sky of Honey Side B has some unusual and completely non-feelable markings in a few places on the vinyl, these are cosmetic aspects

to do with the pressing and they have no effect whatsoever on playback.

– King Of The Mountain has some surface noise at the start and a short way

into the track. Thereafter, it grades between VG+ and strong VG+ though play

is often better. Both the second and third songs grade as strong VG+ or better.

Mrs Bartholozzi grades as VG+ and occasionally better.

– How To Be Invisible has some surface noise at the start and some intermittent

low level surface noise in places. It grades between VG+ and strong VG+.

Joanni grades as strong VG+ or better. A Coral Room grades as VG-/VG

and occasionally VG+

– Prelude VG+ has some surface noise but is otherwise fine. Prologue grades

between VG+ and strong VG+. The remaining songs on this side grade overall

as strong VG+ and better.

– Somewhere In Between grades between VG+ and strong VG+. The remaining

songs on this side grade overall as strong VG+ and better.

– The cover was stored in a plastic sleeve since the LP was bought and is in

Good condition overall. It would grade higher were it not for two noticeable

seam splits (splits to top seams, as pictured).

– There is some light creasing and wear near the top left corner (pictured) and some very minor wear to the top right corner (pictured.) Light scuff marks

and signs of general wear can be seen when the cover is examined carefully under

bright light. However, the two seam splits aside, there are no other major flaws

such as ‘feathering’ to the sleeve openings, pronounced ringwear etc. The cover

is free from tears, writing, markings. The spine is clean; the lettering on it is

perfectly legible.

– Both original inner sleeves have tears to one side (please see photo.) The booklet

has some light general wear incl. wear (‘rubbing’) to the spine but it is still in

fine shape. No writing, tears, bends.

– A rare title on vinyl. Low starting price.
