Additional images? Once our items are listed on eBay they are placed in a storage are keep them safe until auction end. This means that we are unable to take extra images if requested.
Do you accept Buy It Now prices? We do not end our listings early, it is The Rowans Hospice eBay policy to let all auctions run their course.
Can I view before bidding? Unfortunately we cannot allow customers to view items for sale prior to purchase.
Can I pay cash? We only accept payment through eBay. We will not accept cash on collection. All collected goods must be paid for in full before collection. Payments can be made using your credit/debit card, or PayPal.
Do you combine postage? Where possible we will combine postage. If you are purchasing multiple items from us, you can select 'Request total from seller' in your shopping basket. We can then send you an invoice with the new combined costs. Should you be charged for postage individually on orders of multiple items, we will combine the package and refund any over-payment once your order has been processed. Please note it isn’t always possible to combine larger items into 1 box.
Where do I collect my order from? Collection is available Mon-Fri 9am-4pm, from our retail warehouse: The Rowans Hospice Retail, 6A Marshlands Road, Farlington, Hampshire PO6 1ST. The warehouse and office is closed at weekends.
Customer Service Please contact us with any questions you have relating to this item. Our dedicated customer service team operate from 9am-4pm Monday – Friday and will respond to your query within 48 hours between these operating times.
Payment All payments are managed through the eBay managed payments system. You will be able to choose your preferred method of payment at the time of checkout. Payment must be made within 7 days.
Delivery We will dispatch items within 5 working days of receiving payment via the shipping method outlined on your invoice. We cannot send your item to an alternate address once payment is made.
Returns and Refunds We accept all returns within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us for help, or open a return via the eBay returns centre if you would like to return your item. In the rare event that an item is damaged in transit the process couldn’t be simpler. If possible, send us a photo of the item in the received condition and we will contact you to resolve the issue. If you are advised to return the item, a refund will be processed via eBay within 2 working days of receipt of the item.
