Ok this is the rare 2010 Audio Fidelity pressing of Hounds of Love on pink & grey marbled 'pure virgin' vinyl, and in a gatefold sleeve to reproduce the artwork for the original (USA I think) pressing.
The marbled vinyl is really quiet and the sound is really sweet.
Vinyl is housed inside a thick, pink tinted plastic inner sleeve.
These were a limited run and all individually numbered, however since this was one of the first records I bought after getting back into collecting in 2011 I just have peeled off the label that tells you what number it is, rather stupidly.
But here are a few other features of this edition:
Cloudbusting" is incorrectly printed as "Cloud busting" on the record label, and "Noble And Brite" is misspelled as "Noble and Bright" on the cover and labels.
As I write this there are only 15 for sale on Discogs, none in the U.K.
There are 15 for sale on eBay, but none in the U.K. again.
So this is a pretty rare item.
Like I said, I’ve had this since 2011 and maybe played it twice - from a smoke, pet & child-free home, kept in a record cupboard.
