Kate Bush returns with Best of The Other Sides, a curated selection of B-sides and rarities drawn from her 2018 remastered box sets. Originally available only as part of The Other Sides collection — now long out of print — this new standalone release responds to overwhelming demand from fans who missed out the first time around.
The compilation features tracks that had never appeared on a studio album, with three selections newly remastered for this edition. It arrives at a moment of renewed global resonance for Bush’s anti-war ballad Army Dreamers, which is surging in popularity online and poised to become her second most-streamed track after Running Up That Hill.
The timing coincides with Bush’s recent creative return to themes of conflict and reflection, as seen in her award-winning animated short Little Shrew, which took home Best Animation at the New York Animation Festival.
