Description
This record is another one from my own collection, Kate Bush's the Red Shoes, released on the EMI label in 1993. Deadwax runout grooves read as follows. Side 1. EMD 1047 A-1-1-1 Side 2. EMD 1047 B-1-1-1
The record itself is nice & glossy with just one or two fine spider lines showing, Both sides are free of any visible marks or scratches to be wary of, & plays perfectly all the way through with no clicks, pops or jumps. Even in the quiet periods between tracks there is almost no noise, just the occasional static sound but even then hardly any. I guess I have played this album no more than 10 times in total, all on high end decks & cartridges. All things considered I rate the record as a Ex + at least.
The album cover is also in great nick, there are minor signs of a crease towards the top right corner, but no creases in the laminate. Also very minor signs of wear on the bottom edge. The spine is still good & can be read easily. The record inner sleeve has never been used to put the record in & is mint. I rate the cover as Ex +.
I have always kept my records clean, but before I sell them I always clean them with my VPI RCM & put the record in a new anti-static inner sleeve, & the cover in a new cover also.
I always insure my items for their full value & do not make any money on postage.
Collection from BH22 near Bournemouth is also welcomed.
