Description
The rare vinyl edition of Kate Bush The Red Shoes. EMD 1047 on EMI
Cover shows minor shelf wear, there are two spots on the front cover where a price sticker was once stuck. Inner picture sleeve is gorgeous.
LP is very clean and shows signs of little play time. I purchased this some time in the 90s, not sure if it was a new or used purchase...the sticker residue on the cover leads me to believe it was a used buy, but I know a lot of UK imports did not come in sealed wrap. Regardless, the lp is in beautiful shape. Surely there are a few pops and ticks and the usual surface noise, but there are no signs of abuse.
If I can manage I will play it through later, but I did want to list it today.

REVISION: I just spun this lp all the way through and it sounds great. Very minor surface noise between tracks if you listen for it, it is just a fact of vinyl. There are a couple of pops near the end of side 1 and again during a couple of tracks on side 2. This could be just static as sometimes I hear these on lps but never in the same spot each time...though I only played this through once. None of this is unusual in a vinyl album, just letting you know what I heard. For the most part this played pristine.
