Kate Bush The Single File 1978-1983 Vinyl Box Set in excellent condition.

The Single File 1978~1983 is a boxed set of Kate's first eleven UK singles and the 'On Stage' live E.P. plus a first UK issue of the French/Canadian only single "Ne T'enfuis Pas". Also included here as an extra are two additional 7" singles which were not part of the original release - "Running Up That Hill" and "Hounds of Love". 

This set was only ever available on vinyl. It consists of:

• a gold embossed flip-top box - in excellent condition for a 34-year old item! Has a small amount of shelfware to the edges

• a 16-page picture and lyric booklet, including the lyrics to all tracks including b-sides - in very good condition; shows minor signs of handling

• 13x 7" singles with picture sleeves, all in very good condition. All have been recently played once to confirm that they play without issues.

The vinyl is in mint condition, showing no signs of previous use with the exception of "Babooshka" where a tiny line is visible (this, however, does not affect play). 

The record sleeves are mostly in mint condition with no obvious defects or creases at all. Not surprisingly, the weight of the vinyl over the years has caused the bottom central edge of some of the sleeves to thin. Also, "There Goes a Tenner", which seems to have been made using flimsier material than the others, shows a minor amount of wear to the picture sleeve (simply from being stored upright amongst the other singles).  

The outer box is intact and strong but has some light surface wear/ scuffs around the corner edges.
I can honestly say that this is the best condition version of this rare item I have seen; some of the examples that have sold on eBay this year were likely in significantly worse condition.
