Description
Rare first pressing UK promo copy of Wuthering Heights (b/w Kite). This was Kate's debut single in January, 1978, and it shot straight to #1 in most countries around the world.
This is the original card stock sleeve (with the angled thumb notch and "G&L" printed in the lower right hand corner of the rear -- as shown).
The disc is a first pressing promo with "Remember the Whales" etched into runnout on side A. The song is the 3:35 single edit, which was released only on the first pressings of the UK discs, and the US version which was released in July. Later copies (and all other countries) released the full 4:26 LP mix.
Overall, this is a very nice copy -- of a single that doesn't surface very often on ebay.
