Kate Bush-The Single File 1978-1983 with 2 Japanese Single & 3 EU Import Singles. FIRST AND FORMOST - the box is NOT COMPLETE. It is missing 1 single and I am sure 2 are NOT ORIGINAL to the box.  Those are in shrink and are pictured.  There are 2 Japanese import along with 1 Holland 2 from France.  All 45's are in near mint condition.  The paper sleeve are in good condition, no tears or splits.  The box has some wear issues and most of the damage is on the edges and corners.  That damage has been pictured.
