Description
Florence Kaye, Bernie Baum, and Bill Giant were a massively successful songwriting team in the 1960's, writing over 40 songs for Elvis Presley. This one seems to be a demo that went unrecorded, but it's an excellent dramatic girl group R&B style track with some nasty guitar. 10" 45 rpm acetate, the grooves are in nice VG shape but there is a little flaw on the acetate before the grooves start, as shown in the pictures. Unlike the other acetates I have listed, this one needs a little more stylus pressure to track properly; the video was shot at 4 grams. Would probably benefit from a professional cleaning. Anybody know who the great demo singer is?
