Description

This is New Jazz Records NJLP 8247, Ken McIntyre with Eric Dolphy  Looking Ahead, a purple label, mono issue of this classic record with RVG stamped in the dead wax. The record is in near mint condition showing some almost no signs of wear and playing quietly throughout. This is a beautiful sounding copy featuring the classic Rudy Van Gelder sound. The cover has edge wear and discoloration on the top but is otherwise excellent and intact. The labels are excellent and show light spindle marks. The record was cleaned on a VPI 17 and played on a Linn Sondek LP12 in mono mode. This is an excellent collector's grade copy of this beautiful mono issue.
