Record: Very Good+. There are some hairline scuffs and smudges on the heavy vinyl that create some very light surface noise in some quieter passages.

Cover: Very Good. There is an indentation on the back. There is ringwear and some heavier discolored spots on both sides of the cover.  There is some wear to the edges and corners, including a small tear at the upper edge.
