Record: Kenny Burrell - Introducing Kenny Burrell

Label/Cat#: Blue Note / BLP-1523

Pressing info: 1956 1st Mono pressing. This edition has the original frame cover and flat edge vinyl. RVG is etched in the dead wax, along with the "P" or ear. They are both pictured in the listing for reference.

GRADING (VG+): Vinyl shows very little surface wear and maintains a really nice gloss. When viewed under a very bright light, the vinyl will show a handful of hairlines and show some surface wear. It's a really nice looking copy overall. This was purchased from a very reputable eBay seller as VG++, for reference.

  • Vinyl (play-graded): Record plays very well. Big, beautiful sound. The record does play with some light surface noise throughout. During playback I did hear some pops but nothing cyclical. A wonderful representation of this historic recording. I'd imagine once this is cleaned on a high grade machine this will be a forever TOP copy. All music is played at a very high playback volume to hear any imperfections.
  • Side A: Heard surface noise in between tracks and the occasional pop. Overall a very nice listen.
  • Side B: This side plays even better that Side A. Did hear some pops and surface noise occasionally. A great listen.
  • Jacket: VG+ Please see pictures for details. Reach out with any questions. You'll see some shelf wear, age discoloration and wear to corners. It's an awesome cover overall.
  • Insert/Inner: Shipped with an archival-quality inner sleeve.

SHIPPING:
Record ships outside the jacket to prevent seam splits. Packed in a sturdy Mighty Mailer with padding.
